Why do you use Thermal Industries’ products?

Thermal offers the best quality window for a reasonable price. We have sampled and installed many different brands, but prefer Thermal’s narrow line series, which offers the most glass, highest efficiency rating, lowest U factor, and lowest air infiltration. Thermal is the oldest vinyl replacement window manufacturer in the country, and Dave is a former manufacturer’s representative. We know their products well and believe in them. In choosing a contractor, what should I look for?

Several things are important:

    1. Are they licensed and insured?
    2. Do they have a place of business?
    3. Can they provide references and referrals from former customers?
    4. What products are they using? Are they good quality? Is there a warranty?
    5. How is service obtained

What type of warranty do you offer?

All window parts have a lifetime warranty. A 30-year, prorated warranty is offered on the glass. back to top

How long does a home appointment last?

We are a no-pressure sales organization. The average in-home appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes.  We will assess your needs, provide you with information on our products, answer all of your questions, give you an estimate, and leave you to make a decision when you are ready. How are products ordered?

Once you decide to sign a contract, we come back to your home and make custom measurements for the products that you want.back to top


How long does it take to get your products installed?

 Once the contract is signed, it generally takes about 3-6 weeks, depending on the time of the year. back to top
